A Preferred Filing & Search Services, Inc is a public service company and we offer full service, research and filing services WORLDWIDE. We are located in California and report to the California Secretary of State's office several times each day processing and receiving outgoing requests. By using our services, your order will be processed at the Secretary of State's office with a quicker turnaround time than if you were to mail in your request directly to the Secretary of State’s office, which can generally take 5 -6 months depending on the state. Currently, service companies are not allowed to have their employees physically wait at the counter for orders to be completed the same day. Therefore, we drop off and pick up documents at state offices on state allotted times each state operating business day.

When we receive your order it is submitted the same business day (as long as we receive your order by 2:15pm any business day). When your order is completed and we pick up from the state office, we send out to you the same day to your pre-designated mailing address. All other state, county and country jurisdictions are ordered by our staff through long established correspondent relations worldwide. Turn around times varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
